Total reconstruction is sometimes needed

Many times if there has been a fire in a residence the residence itself can be saved and restored with professional help.  Many times the residence will need to be gutted out and rebuilt.  Regardless there is residual damage that will have to be dealt with.

SERVPRO comes in after the Fire Department has extinguished the flames, to remove debris and clear the site for evaluation.  Insurance Adjusters let the crews know what they need to see, save or remove.  With minimum damage items can actually be removed and cleaned to be returned after rebuild is completed. The process can take weeks or months, to over a year to complete.
